Full version
What is free and what is in the full version?
Free: the first level of Classic and Arena, 3 dictations, 3 Detective cases, the Daily challenge and Word training. The full version unlocks all 20 Classic levels, 15 Arena opponents, 50 dictations, 50 Detective cases, and the “Right or wrong?” and Survival modes.
How do I buy the full version?
Tap a locked level, or open Settings (the gear on the Start screen) → „Pełna wersja” (Full version). Before buying, a parental gate appears: you need to enter the result of a multiplication written out in words (in Polish). You can choose a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase – current prices are shown in the app.
I paid, but the full version didn't unlock
- If the child's account has “Ask to Buy” turned on in Family Sharing, the purchase waits for a parent's approval. Once approved, the full version unlocks on its own.
- Open „Pełna wersja” (Full version) and tap „Przywróć zakupy” (Restore purchases).
- Check that the device is signed in with the same Apple ID that was used to pay.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID, open „Pełna wersja” (Full version) and tap „Przywróć zakupy” (Restore purchases). The lifetime purchase and an active subscription come back without paying again.
Subscription
How do I cancel the subscription?
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Choose “Ortografia PL – pełna wersja” → Cancel Subscription.
The subscription must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, otherwise it renews for another month. The full version keeps working until the end of the paid period. While the subscription is active, the app also has a „Zarządzaj subskrypcją” (Manage subscription) button.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple – we can't see payment details and can't issue refunds ourselves. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The game
Does progress carry over to another device?
Progress (levels, stars, coins, the dragon) is saved only on the device. It moves to a new device if you transfer data from an iCloud or computer backup. Deleting the app deletes the progress.
How do I turn off sounds or music?
Settings (the gear on the Start screen) → „Dźwięk i wibracje” (Sound and haptics). The game also respects the phone's silent switch.
